Ticket Purchase and Registration

Ticket purchases to the AI Impact Awards event (the “Event”) are final and non-refundable. If the Event is rescheduled, ticketholders will automatically be issued tickets to the rescheduled Event. If a ticketholder is unable or unwilling to attend on the rescheduled date, the ticketholder will receive a credit for 100% of the ticket purchase price which may be redeemed in connection with another Newsweek event or product (exclusions may apply).

By registering for the Event, you consent to receiving communications (including marketing communications) from Newsweek, its affiliates and partners, in connection with the Event and any future Newsweek event. You acknowledge and agree that Newsweek may share with its partners, affiliates and any other Event attendees any names, job titles and company information provided by you to Newsweek in connection with your registration for the Event.

Attendance at the Event

By attending the Event, the attendee acknowledges and accepts that: (a) attendance of the Event is at the attendee’s own risk; (b) the attendee consents to the photographing, filming or other recording of their image, likeness, voice and/or statements made during the Event (their “Persona”), by or on behalf of Newsweek and its partners; (c) any such recording of the attendee’s Persona may be used by Newsweek and/or its partners and affiliates in any media, worldwide and in perpetuity, in connection with the promotion and marketing of the Event and/or Newsweek’s products and services, and; (d) the attendee waives any and all claim against Newsweek and its partners and affiliates arising out of or connected to (i) any loss, harm, injury or damage to property or person suffered by the attendee in connection with the attendee’s attendance at the Event and (ii) the use of the attendee’s Persona by Newsweek and/or its partners and affiliates as set forth above.
